D-Day voices is a special selection of inteviews made with British & American veterans by BBC reporter Dennis Skillicorn, most were recorded during the 30th Anniversary in 1974

Track 1 - Account of the first soldiers to land on a Normandy beach in the early hours.

Track 11 - A British seaman who cared for the wounded of both sides on board a ship heading back to England.
